How do I get to Luwuk-Banggai?

Fly to Syukuran Aminuddin Amir Airport (LUW) and usually transit in Makassar. From Luwuk, we will cross using a speedboat or ferry.

Take the flight arriving at 11:20 local time.

If we use a speedboat, we will arrive in 45 minutes, and if we use a ferry, we will arrive in 4 hours.

The ideal amount of time to spend visiting Banggai is 6-8 days.

In general, Banggai can be visited throughout the year, but it is best during the dry season, usually from June to December, when the weather is sunny and rainfall is low. This is the ideal time for trekking, snorkeling, and enjoying the beach.

Cash (ATM only in Luwuk), light clothing, sunblock, hat, trekking shoes, snorkeling gear, personal items, and personal medication.

The best accommodations in Luwuk (Swiss Bell Hotel and Santika Hotel) and the best in Banggai are (Sidapore and Alpren).

Most of the food here is fish and seafood, but you can choose other options such as chicken. For vegetarians, there are many food options available.
