1. The itinerary may change at any time according to conditions on the ground.
2. Booking for the tour package must be made at least 3 days before departure or adjusted
to the available schedule.
3. An initial payment of 30% is required at the time of booking or 3 days before departure.
4. Full payment is to be made upon arrival in Luwuk on the first day.
5. If there is a trip cancellation by participants or a natural disaster that causes the
tourism to close or undergo repairs, the initial payment cannot be refunded.
Participants are only given the option to reschedule.
6. Explorer Banggai is not responsible and cannot be held liable for : damage or loss of
belongings, accidents or illnesses, and delays caused by participant negligence or
natural disasters.
7. Participants who have booked the tour package are considered to have read and agreed
